Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Telecommute Human Resources Engagement Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Discussing employee turnover drivers to address any turnover concerns
  • Managing compensation and benefits to remain competitive in the market
  • Partnering with local and remote team members to have conversations and conduct surveys

Qualifications Include:

  • Able to work from home 2-3 days a week after the training + travel as needed to remote locations
  • Prior experience creating internal action plans
  • Prior experience in a senior HR role
  • Ability to create, manage, and execute action plans
  • Ability to conduct research as needed in regards to compensation and benefits
