A education management non-profit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resources Generalist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in developing new departmental processes, approaches, policies, and procedures
- Maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment laws
- Maintaining accurate employee data in HRIS
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel up to 10%
- Must be familiar with the employment laws and knowledge of where to find answers
- Must be tech-savvy, able to learn and navigate the HRIS system
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Advanced problem-solving skills
