Job Summary
A benefits company has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resources Generalist in Birmingham.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial Human Resource contact for management and employees
- Develop, and run various Human Resource reports
- Facilitate employee separation process and exit interviews
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Up to 50% travel
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience required
- One to three years experience working in a variety of Human Resource capacities required
- Knowledge of general computer software (Access, MS Word, Excel)
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of employment law
