Job Summary

A benefits company has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resources Generalist in Birmingham.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial Human Resource contact for management and employees
  • Develop, and run various Human Resource reports
  • Facilitate employee separation process and exit interviews

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Up to 50% travel
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience required
  • One to three years experience working in a variety of Human Resource capacities required
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Access, MS Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of employment law
