Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Human Resources Generalist in Seattle.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Initiating and responding to inquiries about leave and disability events, benefits, and options
- Serving as a point of contact for assigned employees
- Leveraging duration guidelines, best practice tools and the company's resources
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent experience
- 2 years of related experience to include work in leave of absence and/or disability claim management
- Experience using case management systems
- Knowledge of federal or state Leave and Disability regulations, specifically ADA/ADAAA and FMLA
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint
