Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Human Resources Generalist in Seattle.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Initiating and responding to inquiries about leave and disability events, benefits, and options
  • Serving as a point of contact for assigned employees
  • Leveraging duration guidelines, best practice tools and the company's resources

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of related experience to include work in leave of absence and/or disability claim management
  • Experience using case management systems
  • Knowledge of federal or state Leave and Disability regulations, specifically ADA/ADAAA and FMLA
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint
