Job Summary
A pharmaceutical and medical device development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Human Resources Information Systems Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and maintaining Human Resources reports, tools, and analytics
- Researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws
- Managing system updates and new feature releases
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources
- 2-5 years of experience supporting Workday or another enterprise application system
- Working knowledge of HR practices
- Experience in Configurable Security, Custom Report writing, and/or Data Audit
- Data protection and privacy experience
