A financial group is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Human Resources Information Systems Strategic Manager Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Researching, developing and executing a HRIS strategy
  • Researching industry best practices and leveraging a network to stay up-to-date
  • Researching new functionality in Workday and perform configuration to implement

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 6 to 10 years of business leadership experience with an international company
  • Proven ability to develop a HRIS strategic plan
  • Experience with HR information systems and applications
  • Process improvement experience
  • Thinks strategically
  • Workday HCM, Recruiting and Payroll configuration experience
