A financial group is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Human Resources Information Systems Strategic Manager Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Researching, developing and executing a HRIS strategy
- Researching industry best practices and leveraging a network to stay up-to-date
- Researching new functionality in Workday and perform configuration to implement
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6 to 10 years of business leadership experience with an international company
- Proven ability to develop a HRIS strategic plan
- Experience with HR information systems and applications
- Process improvement experience
- Thinks strategically
- Workday HCM, Recruiting and Payroll configuration experience
