Job Summary
A retail company is in need of a Telecommute Human Resources Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Guiding and advising leaders in corrective action, development plans, employee terminations, etc.
- Managing the onsite HR staff
- Overseeing and administering the HR role for the site
Position Requirements Include:
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- At least 5 years in a dedicated HR role with at least 3 years of HR management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
- Excellent problem solver with a proven track record of driving results
- Excellent computer skills
- Able to create, analyze, report and manipulate data as it relates to HR metrics
