Job Summary

A retail company is in need of a Telecommute Human Resources Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Guiding and advising leaders in corrective action, development plans, employee terminations, etc.
  • Managing the onsite HR staff
  • Overseeing and administering the HR role for the site

Position Requirements Include:

  • Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • At least 5 years in a dedicated HR role with at least 3 years of HR management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
  • Excellent problem solver with a proven track record of driving results
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Able to create, analyze, report and manipulate data as it relates to HR metrics
