Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resources Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring staff are paid appropriately relative to legal requirements and skill/ experience
• Owning the annual compensation data refresh process with our external partner
• Ensuring attractive benefits offerings to all eligible staff

Required Skills:

• This position may require limited travel
• Have 3+ years of progressive work experience in an HR capacity
• Natural interpersonal and communication skills
• Work well under pressure and thrive working with a small team with ambitious goals
• Are a resourceful team player
• Can prove eligibility to work in the U.S. legally
