Job Summary

A program development company has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resources Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process across all levels/roles in the organization
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
  • Implement talent management strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Experience in HR with a Government contracting firm
  • 6-8 years human resources or related experience
  • Commitment to maintaining current in federal and state labor regulation
  • Ability to parse contract requirements into applicable HR recordkeeping and information systems
  • Skilled in talent management best practices and tools
