Job Summary
A program development company has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resources Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process across all levels/roles in the organization
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
- Implement talent management strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Experience in HR with a Government contracting firm
- 6-8 years human resources or related experience
- Commitment to maintaining current in federal and state labor regulation
- Ability to parse contract requirements into applicable HR recordkeeping and information systems
- Skilled in talent management best practices and tools
