Job Summary

An online marketing company is seeking a Telecommute Human Resources Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Engage various talent management strategies to attract and retain team members
  • Identify and/or oversee the training needs of team members
  • Motivate and support current staff

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A college degree in HR or similar
  • At least 3-5 years of experience
  • Proper HR reporting skills
  • Understanding of DISC technique and personality styles and demonstrated skill set and tool application
