Job Summary
A media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Human Resources Manager in Denver.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting leadership with human resource planning and decision making
- Providing feedback and counsel to managers and supervisors on employee concerns
- Conducting end to end internal investigations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of HR Generalist experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable employment law
- Thorough understanding of dispute resolution
- Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations
