A media and marketing solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Human Resources Organizational Development Director in McLean.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify organizational effectiveness opportunities across the company
- Provide systemic and straight forward OD approaches
- Lead efforts to measure and act on levels of Employee Experience and Engagement
Qualifications for this position include:
- 15+ years’ in designing, developing, and implementing organizational development solutions
- Demonstrated ability to mobilize and manage a development team of internal leaders
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Great communicator who works best in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrated ability to understand and think strategically about talent-related challenge
- Demonstrated track record of success creating strategic talent programs
