Job Summary

A human resources service company is seeking a Telecommute Human Resources Software Account Executive.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Going after new logo business and securing new business leads by cold calling and other methods
  • Managing assigned marketplace/territory and building consensus within prospective accounts
  • Developing, negotiating and closing long-term agreements with accounts in your assigned marketplace/territory

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to conduct virtual and live presentations around company solutions and travel at least 30%
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 years enterprise software sales experience
  • Exceptional sales performance history that can be confirmed through references and documentation
  • Comfort with demonstrating software and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
