A human resources solutions company has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resources Solutions Product Insights and Operations Product Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and supporting cross-functional projects across
- Helping Journey, Product, and Customer Experience teams Hypothesis-driven problem solving to drive our business
- Ensuring operating team readiness when launching new features and customer experiences
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+yrs relevant work experience in product development, operating roles at growing startups, biz ops roles, technology, or consulting
- 2+ years experience leading a high-performing team and ability to step into formal or informal leadership roles on the team
- Ability to develop insightful quantitative analyses, paired with strong critical thinking and sound business judgment
- Familiarity with Excel and SQL (and willingness to learn!)
- Proven process improvement experience and love making things more efficient
- Stakeholder and project management mastery
