Job Summary

A human resources solutions company has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resources Solutions Product Insights and Operations Product Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and supporting cross-functional projects across
  • Helping Journey, Product, and Customer Experience teams Hypothesis-driven problem solving to drive our business
  • Ensuring operating team readiness when launching new features and customer experiences

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+yrs relevant work experience in product development, operating roles at growing startups, biz ops roles, technology, or consulting
  • 2+ years experience leading a high-performing team and ability to step into formal or informal leadership roles on the team
  • Ability to develop insightful quantitative analyses, paired with strong critical thinking and sound business judgment
  • Familiarity with Excel and SQL (and willingness to learn!)
  • Proven process improvement experience and love making things more efficient
  • Stakeholder and project management mastery
