Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Human Resources Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Learning, making steady improvements of the HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in company's India presence and then learning to navigate the regulatory and labor relations environments in several different countries including the Philippines and US
- Helping the managers in various departments to achieve their team-building goals, to create merit-based compensation policies, and build an effective and efficient workforce globally
- Participating in a continuous HR service improvement cycle by developing HR department goals, objectives and systems, producing weekly and monthly KPI reports, learning from both successes and failures and improving
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources Department
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine of Labour Laws
- Demonstrated excellent listening, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated excellent skills in using google documents (docs, spreadsheet, slides)
- Ability to process all facets of Human Resources; Hiring Manage Job Openings and Job Posting globally using various job posting websites in relevant locations
- Ability to guide the interview process, conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate the interview progress
