Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Human Resources Specialist in McLean.
Must be able to:
- Establish credibility throughout the organization through effective listening, problem solving, communication and follow through
- Stay current on and maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
- Utilize and maintain Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like BambooHR, Paylocity
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in HR or related business discipline, or equivalent
- 2-4+ years of HR experience in a generalist capacity
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Experience administrating an HCM/HRIS system
- Recruiting experience is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
