Job Summary
A medical technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resources Systems Business Process Manager in Portage.
Must be able to:
- Perform functional system administration activities
- Consult on system design activities within HR projects
- Provide instruction for HR Operations on the use of Workday applications
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years experience in an HRIS or functional systems role
- Strong experience with Workday applications or comparable HR systems
- Detailed knowledge for how the HR Function typically partners with the business
- Must be able to manage and implement simple to complex system projects
