Job Summary
A manufacturer of infection prevention products is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Human Resources Talent Acquisition Partner in Phoenix.
Must be able to:
- Partner with managers at various levels to provide full life cycle recruiting services
- Manage a diverse requisition load which often focuses on passive candidate pools
- Partner with HR and hiring managers while serving as an advisor during the selection process
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a corporate or search firm recruiting setting
- Recruiting experience for field service technician positions
- Experience managing a diverse and complex requisition load
