Job Summary

A transportation solutions company has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resources Transportation Equipment Business and Global Regions Director.

Must be able to:

  • Provide coaching, mentorship, guidance and support for leaders, managers, employees and peers
  • Understand global business goals and be an active business partner for the Leadership Team
  • Deliver results in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • At least 10 years of experience in a variety of Human Resource positions
  • At least 5 years of HR experience supporting in multiple countries
  • Ability to leverage data analytics to support decision-making and process improvements
  • Ability to provide coaching, mentorship, guidance and support for leaders, managers, employees and peers
  • Ability to partner with business leaders to develop and execute human resource plans
