Job Summary
An information technology and security company has a current position open for a Telecommute Human Resources Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Translating the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans
- Developing human resource planning models to identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps
- Coordinating the activities, programs, and strategic HR plans of other HR departments throughout the corporation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to different offices across North America and globally where relevant
- Master’s degree or equivalent; or 10+ years of related experience
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification or ability to obtain certification within 12 months of hire
- Demonstrable experience as a HR leader across other organizations designing, delivering, and managing people strategies
