Job Summary
A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Human Resources Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Planning, developing, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating the Organizations’ Human Resource function and performance
- Participating in the development of the Organization’s plan and programs as a strategic partner, but particularly from the perspective of the impact on people
- Developing staffing strategies and implementation plans to identify talent within and outside the organization for positions across all levels
Qualifications for this position include:
- HR expertise
- Significant development and delivery experience
- Ability to manage team needs and requirements, mentor them and infuse a teamwork ethic
- Masters’ degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management
- 14 – 18 Years’ experience
- Proven experience as HR Leader
