Job Summary

A non-profit organization that provides international humanitarian assistance is in need of a Telecommute Humanitarian Agency Field Director.

Must be able to:

  • Overseeing the expansion of a chapter infrastructure
  • Supervising field staff
  • Executing national events and training

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Eight (8) to ten (10) years of management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Catholic social teaching and its practical application
  • Knowledge of the structure of the Catholic Church in the U.S.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within the structure of the U.S. Catholic Church
  • Demonstrated success in supervising team
