Job Summary

A company that manufactures HVAC equipment is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute HVAC Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring customer order process is a delight
  • Developing strong, working relationship
  • Monitoring and controlling the flow of processes

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree is highly desired, equivalent professional experience will be considered
  • 5 years experience in business to business customer service or inside/outside sales
  • Solid proficiency in business and problem-solving skills (including at the consumer level)
  • Knowledge of HVAC products/parts and HVAC systems applications is preferred.
