Job Summary
An environmental technology and sciences company has a current position open for a Telecommute Hydrographic Data Processor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing bathymetric data from a wide range of ocean mapping groups
- Prioritizing and assessing viability of bathymetric data for nautical chart application
- Data search and discovery in support of project planning
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Completion of a degree or ongoing progress in completing a degree in physical science
- Software experience with ESRI ArcMap, ArcGIS, CARIS HIPS and SIPS, Base Editor
- Ability to support a collaborative role in a dynamic work environment
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the balancing of multiple tasks
- Effective communication to ensure cooperation among team members
