Job Summary

An information technology service is seeking a Telecommute Hyperautomation Support Technician.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing basic technical support to clients via email, phone, or other virtual methods
  • Responding quickly and effectively to requests received through the help desk
  • Working closely with product end users and provide them with the highest level of support and customer service

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma and College level courses or vocational training
  • 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Microsoft knowledge (Office, Workstation, Server SQL)
  • Electronic Content Management experience, preferred
  • Desktop Support experience, preferred
