Job Summary
An information technology service is seeking a Telecommute Hyperautomation Support Technician.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing basic technical support to clients via email, phone, or other virtual methods
- Responding quickly and effectively to requests received through the help desk
- Working closely with product end users and provide them with the highest level of support and customer service
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma and College level courses or vocational training
- 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Microsoft knowledge (Office, Workstation, Server SQL)
- Electronic Content Management experience, preferred
- Desktop Support experience, preferred
