Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute IBM Mainframe Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing technical solutions through phone support
- Handling alerts and phone support escalations
- Performing other duties as assigned
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS/AA/Vocational in computer science or similar discipline or equivalent experience
- 5 years practical and demonstrated experience in Production environments Support, Testing environments Support, and Mainframe
- Strong verbal communication skills and solid documentation skills
- Available to do shift work: 6am-6pm, and 6pm-6am, 4 days on and 3 days off
