A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Identity User Experience Designer in McLean.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting a lean UX Design team and product managers to design and deliver compelling, elegant user experiences
  • Working collaboratively in assessing and defining customer needs
  • Being an evangelist for UX and UI best practices and design excellence

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of user experience design experience
  • Experience designing both web & native mobile applications
  • An exceptional portfolio of creative product design that showcases complex and creative visual design and UX solutions
  • Expert knowledge in graphic and visual design principles, with a strong emphasis on UI and UX
  • A passion for design and continual improvement
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
