A law firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Immigration Legal Writer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching law, investigating facts, and preparing documents
- Translating facts into understandable and persuasive content
- Working closely with immigration attorneys on special writing projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Paralegal certification/degree from accredited college or university
- 3+ years of paralegal experience
- Excellent skills in research and writing affidavits and briefs
- Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time management skills
