Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Impact Manager 2.
Must be able to:
- Lead and drive the work of others with minimal direction or supervision.
- Engage subject matter experts and relevant process owners to assess impact of change
- Identify risks associated with change and develops appropriate risk mitigation strategies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10 years progressive experience in a business environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with respect to business process design
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization: stakeholder management
- Understanding of project management methodologies, system development life cycle and change management techniques
