Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Implementation Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Generate / Review required performance reports on daily, weekly and monthly schedules
- Create and maintain technical and solution documentation of the virtual assistants
- Design conversations using organization best practices for the virtual assistants to be used in multiple channels
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Should have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience from a tier 2 college per computer science or similar
- MBA is good to have, but not mandatory
- Previous experience with banking technology companies
- Worked in a startup or mid-size organization
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English
- Be passionate about the possibilities at the intersection of AI + Banking
