Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Implementation Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Generate / Review required performance reports on daily, weekly and monthly schedules
  • Create and maintain technical and solution documentation of the virtual assistants
  • Design conversations using organization best practices for the virtual assistants to be used in multiple channels

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Should have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience from a tier 2 college per computer science or similar
  • MBA is good to have, but not mandatory
  • Previous experience with banking technology companies
  • Worked in a startup or mid-size organization
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English
  • Be passionate about the possibilities at the intersection of AI + Banking
