Job Summary
A computer software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Implementation Engagement Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing all project escalations including internal and customer-related
- Building and maintaining the customer relationship
- Providing oversight and governance to enterprise customer implementations
Required Skills:
- Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time
- Minimum 5 years experience managing enterprise-level projects for a software company
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Expertise with MS Project, Visio, and MS Office
- Awareness of web, database, object oriented software technologies, and salesforce.com or Force.com
- PMI certification
