Job Summary

A computer software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Implementation Engagement Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing all project escalations including internal and customer-related
  • Building and maintaining the customer relationship
  • Providing oversight and governance to enterprise customer implementations

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing enterprise-level projects for a software company
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Expertise with MS Project, Visio, and MS Office
  • Awareness of web, database, object oriented software technologies, and salesforce.com or Force.com
  • PMI certification
