Job Summary

A computer software company is seeking a Telecommute Implementation Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Consulting with the Regional Sales Managers & customer to ensure the best solution is provided & expectations are set appropriately
  • Holding accountability across multiple stakeholders throughout the implementation of resident smart devices, access control, etc
  • Collaborating with and managing the daily work the Project Coordinators are performing across your projects

Required Skills:

  • Hungry to manage complex projects in a dynamic startup environment
  • Methodical and highly organized in your approach to problem-solving
  • Expert at communicating challenging concepts clearly and efficiently
  • Experience working with high profile customer stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Deep understanding of scoping, designing, and installing access control
  • Proven record of navigating high-risk projects in the multifamily, smart home automation, or similar field
