Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Implementation Services Analyst in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with internal teams
- Ensuring understanding and complete scoping and timely delivery of product configurations
- Providing guidance to customers and other internal teams as to best practices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5% travel
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Background in HR, benefits, or health plan administration
- Experience with using MySQL to retrieve data from databases
- Experience working at a SaaS company, particularly in Professional Services
