Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Implementation Specialist III.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and communicating implementation issues
- Verifying that solution functionality is accurate and complete
- Configuring software solution in order to meet customer business requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Occasional travel, up to 10%
- Prior experience in testing software, or working with customers on testing processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet applications required
- Prior experience in configuring software applications, based on customer specifications
- Prior experience in training customers on application software
- 4 years experience performing and coordinating project tasks for software implementations with limited supervision
