An education management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Implementation Specialist in Santa Clara.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Addressing, tracking and escalating customer issues that arise during implementation
- Setting up customers' software purchases to contract specifications
- Gathering information from customers regarding their needs and wants
