Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute In House Commercial Transactions Attorney in Chicago.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing all aspects of commercial contracts
• Interfacing directly with business clients
• Utilizing experience negotiating, drafting, and interpreting commercial contracts

Required Skills:

• 7+ years transactional experience negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements
• Experience handling legal issues arising in complex business transactions
• 3 years working in an in-house or outside general counsel capacity
• Strong academic credentials and oral and written communication skills
• Must be licensed to practice law in good standing in at least one state
• Demonstrated success working in a high-performing, results-driven environment
