Job Summary
A consumer insights company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute In Person Unemployment Hearing Representative in Boston.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze individual case information by reviewing data accessed through the PC, document images and through discussions with client witnesses
- Represent clients in unemployment hearings via phone or in-person as required
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Attend in-person unemployment hearings
- Ability to use the keyboard to input, access, view and interpret data on a PC
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of PC functions, including Windows-based applications and Microsoft products
- Experience in dealing with dated materials, strict time limits and/or working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn, comprehend and retain state unemployment insurance regulations and statutes
