Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Inbound Call Center Representative in Philadelphia.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound phone calls from customers
  • Providing technical support for incoming issues
  • Engaging with customers and walking through problems with them over the phone
