A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Inbound Call Center Representative in Philadelphia.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls from customers
- Providing technical support for incoming issues
- Engaging with customers and walking through problems with them over the phone
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ year of customer service/call center experience
- High proficiency in the MS Office Suite
- PC with Windows 10 and USB headset
- Webcam and reliable internet connection
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
