A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Inbound Call Center Representative in Philadelphia.

  • Answering inbound phone calls from customers
  • Providing technical support for incoming issues
  • Engaging with customers and walking through problems with them over the phone

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1+ year of customer service/call center experience
  • High proficiency in the MS Office Suite
  • PC with Windows 10 and USB headset
  • Webcam and reliable internet connection
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
