Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Inbound Call Center Representative in San Antonio.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist providers with determining services or giving the status of an authorization.
- Take inbound calls to engage members and/or providers to verify clinical information
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by fax
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of call center experience
- At least a High School Diploma and high speed internet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask within several computer systems while on the phone
- Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology systems and applications
- Must be able to type while taking calls
