Job Summary

Call center service solution provider has an open position for a Inbound Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

• Escalate irate callers/clients to Supervision
• Provide excellent customer service to every caller
• Assist callers with needs within the limitation of account parameters

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Work from home opportunities (after 90 days of employment)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with computers
• Ability to pass a criminal background check successfully
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
