Job Summary

A outsourcing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Inbound Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Disputing resolution
  • Quickly and accurately dispensing information to motorists
  • Politely answering calls and processing payments

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • DSL or Cable internet
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Legally Able to work in the United States
  • Minimum of two years' experience working in a virtual, work at home call center required
  • At least 1 year experience in a high stress call center environment
  • Internet Explorer 7 or greater required with Mozilla Firefox as needed
