Job Summary
A outsourcing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Inbound Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Disputing resolution
- Quickly and accurately dispensing information to motorists
- Politely answering calls and processing payments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- DSL or Cable internet
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legally Able to work in the United States
- Minimum of two years' experience working in a virtual, work at home call center required
- At least 1 year experience in a high stress call center environment
- Internet Explorer 7 or greater required with Mozilla Firefox as needed
