Job Summary

A call center is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Completing training
  • Operating a computer, printer, phone and basic office equipment
  • Providing customer service support

Position Requirements Include:

  • Have a personal Windows-based computer with monitor, speakers, anti-virus software installed
  • Have a corded, NOT wireless headset
  • Have a quiet environment free of distractions
  • Must be hard-wired to your internet (NOT WIFI)
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time, stand/walk occasionally
  • Internet Bandwidth must be 5 Mbps Download & 1 Mbps Upload
