Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Inbound Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Recording details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance to it
  • Escalating unresolved and pending customer grievances
  • Working within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills
