Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Inbound Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Recording details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance to it
- Escalating unresolved and pending customer grievances
- Working within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills
- Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
