Job Summary

An information technology and professional staffing and services company is in need of a Telecommute Inbound Customer Support Representative in New York City.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as a Level 1 call center/ customer service resource
  • Fielding incoming calls for new applications and inquiries, collecting information in an application and sending it along for processing

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to field incoming calls for new applications and inquiries
  • Ability to collect information in an application
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Ability to work a 7:30 AM EST to 4:30 PM EST schedule with one hour of break
  • Ability to work on public holidays
  • Ability to join immediately
