Job Summary
An information technology and professional staffing and services company is in need of a Telecommute Inbound Customer Support Representative in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as a Level 1 call center/ customer service resource
- Fielding incoming calls for new applications and inquiries, collecting information in an application and sending it along for processing
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to field incoming calls for new applications and inquiries
- Ability to collect information in an application
- Ability to work remotely
- Ability to work a 7:30 AM EST to 4:30 PM EST schedule with one hour of break
- Ability to work on public holidays
- Ability to join immediately
