A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Inbound Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking incoming calls from insurance members
- Answering questions, reviewing members coverage, etc.
- Working with Mortgage companies to provide proof of insurance
Qualifications for this position include:
- Candidates can work from home after 3 month probation period/going direct
- 1-2 years customer service experience
