An automotive company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Inbound Phone Sales Representative in Sparks.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Take inbound sales calls driven by our catalog and web site
• Look up the correct parts and exceed your customer’s expectations
• Sell, upsell and cross sell products to match your customer’s needs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Available to attend 1 week of initial on-site training & orientation
• Must to have high speed cable Internet 25mb plan minimum
• Ability to use a desktop computer system
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Internet, Google Search
• Excellent customer service skills
