Job Summary

A hospitality company is in need of a Telecommute Inbound Reservations Customer Service Representative in Springfield.

Must be able to:

• Take inbound calls from existing owners who are excited and ready to plan their dream vacations
• Acts as a subject matter expert on the company's properties
• Provide information on the company's resorts, amenities, things to see and experiences in the area

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Six months customer service or sales experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays
