Job Summary

A privately-held web hosting company is filling a position for a Telecommute Inbound Sales Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting Inbound Sales Inquires (Telephone, Live Chat, Tickets)
  • Following up with sales leads
  • Performing Order Verification

Qualifications Include:

  • Comfortable speaking with customers in an upbeat fashion
  • At least 3 years of experience with cPanel/WHM & the web hosting industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Have an understanding of Shared, Reseller, VPS, and Dedicated Server hosting
  • Have a firm understanding of open source software such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla
  • Have experience with WHMCS, Kayako and cPanel
