Job Summary

A software development company specializing in solutions for the transportation industry has a current position open for a Telecommute Incident Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying trends and by reviewing Incident and analyzing volumes analysis
  • Planning, coordinating & controlling the restoration of complex & high impact system problems that occur
  • Minimizing the impact of complex and high-risk incidents on our business and that or our customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to analyze incidents and identify problems that require RCA
  • ITIL Foundation Certified or higher Incident
  • Management and Problem Management experience
  • Analytical skills and the ability to generate reports
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
