Job Summary
A software development company specializing in solutions for the transportation industry has a current position open for a Telecommute Incident Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying trends and by reviewing Incident and analyzing volumes analysis
- Planning, coordinating & controlling the restoration of complex & high impact system problems that occur
- Minimizing the impact of complex and high-risk incidents on our business and that or our customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to analyze incidents and identify problems that require RCA
- ITIL Foundation Certified or higher Incident
- Management and Problem Management experience
- Analytical skills and the ability to generate reports
- Good organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
