Job Summary
An Information Technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Incident Manager in Houston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Representing the first stage of escalation for Incidents
- Monitoring incidents to ensure that Service Level Agreements are met
- Identifying, initiating, scheduling and conducting incident reviews
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in Incident Management
- ITIL Incident Management training completion, certification a plus
- Extensive technical support experience in cloud, IT, or managed service environments
- Proven skills in crisis management with internal and external client relations
- Detail-oriented, strong problem solving, analytical and time management skills
