Job Summary

An Information Technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Incident Manager in Houston.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Representing the first stage of escalation for Incidents
  • Monitoring incidents to ensure that Service Level Agreements are met
  • Identifying, initiating, scheduling and conducting incident reviews

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in Incident Management
  • ITIL Incident Management training completion, certification a plus
  • Extensive technical support experience in cloud, IT, or managed service environments
  • Proven skills in crisis management with internal and external client relations
  • Detail-oriented, strong problem solving, analytical and time management skills
